The people who thrive here want to be excellent at corporate law and at the questions a financial centre built in 2025 raises every week: digital assets, funds and family offices, fintech licensing, data, cross-border tax. They read a statute to the last sub-section. They check their own work before anyone else does. They would rather own a matter than watch one, and they are not put off by a problem nobody has solved yet. The work is serious: we deal with the most sensitive and the most consequential legal issues our clients face, the licence a business depends on, the structure a family's wealth sits in, the dispute that decides a project, and it is handled with discretion, exactness and nerve. If that is you, this is the most interesting place in the region to practise.

Who we are looking for

• Associates. Admitted lawyers, or graduates awaiting admission, with a strong academic record and a real appetite for corporate, regulatory and tax work. Experience in another common law jurisdiction is welcome, not required.
• Paralegals and corporate secretarial staff. Registry filings, licence applications, document management and client onboarding, done accurately and on time, every time.
• Compliance and business services. Anti-money laundering compliance, finance, administration and business development for a firm that is growing with its city.

What you get
