(the "Firm") is a law firm incorporated in the Gelephu Mindfulness City Special Administrative Region ("GMC"), Kingdom of Bhutan, with its registered office at Suite 413, Level 4, Choego Building, Gelephu, Bhutan 31101. The Firm operates under the laws enacted by the GMC Authority and the laws applied in GMC by the Application of Laws Act 2024, and is registered with the Gelephu Financial Services Office as a Designated Non-Financial Business or Profession. All professional engagements are conducted with integrity, competence and in compliance with the Firm's ethical obligations.
