I am the founder and principal attorney of Basnet Law Pte. Ltd.. My practice covers foreign direct investment, entity formation, corporate and commercial law, taxation, financial services licensing, virtual assets and technology law, with work in both the Gelephu Mindfulness City and mainland Bhutan.

The firm advises domestic and international clients, including multinational companies and law firms from more than 30 countries, on FDI approvals, incorporation and licensing, corporate restructuring, GFSO financial services licences, VASP licensing, tax, banking and technology matters, contracts, legal representation and regulatory compliance under GMC and Bhutanese law.
